Is IS_SANDBOX=1 a real sandbox?

No — kit is explicit. Safety = disposable VPS + 3-2-1 backups.

DigitalOcean / Linode / OVH?

vibebox.sh on fresh Ubuntu 24.04/26.04 with root SSH. Packer/Terraform are Hetzner-specific; other providers adaptable, not pre-built.
